Agency search and selection - part two
4. The short list
After receiving tailored credentials, we will help you to narrow down the field of candidate agencies and arrange crucial chemistry meetings designed to ensure the right cultural fit is found.
5. The pitch
We can offer support throughout the pitch process, whether this be to help manage the process itself or to act as a sounding board to give an independent view. We are happy to attend briefing meetings, tissue sessions and the pitches themselves if members require.
We can provide credential and pitch evaluation templates and advise on contract and fee negotiations once the decision on which agency to appoint has been decided.
6. The implications of TUPE
The recently updated TUPE employment legislation could potentially have an impact on a client’s ability to move business from one agency to another. This is a complex regulation but we can offer guidance on how to approach the subject in a pitch situation. We have produced a useful guidance note on TUPE protocols.
