Contract guidance
We have considerable experience of dealing with client-agency contracts and offer expert advice to help ensure that both parties reach a fair and workable agreement.
Model contracts
ISBA, in partnership with other industry bodies the IPA and CIPS, has developed model contracts which can be tailored to meet a member company’s specific needs. These are by request only and are not available on this site. The templates, which are written in plain English and complemented by guidance notes, have been specifically designed for relationships involving:
- Media planning and buying agencies
- Creative agencies
- Full service advertising agencies
- Direct marketing and promotions agencies
- Sponsorship
- Full service digital contract, and
- Public relations consultancies
Contract health checks
As an alternative to starting afresh, we also provide a contract health check service, confidentially reviewing existing agreements and providing detailed feedback. We will highlight any issues which might potentially give cause for concern and offer suggestions for overcoming them. Do call or contact us if you'd like to commission a contract health check or discuss requirements.
