This seminar will cover the following topics:
- Defending against ASA complaints - how does the process work? What can be done to maximise your chances of success?
- Handling legal challenges - how should you respond to the claimant? How can you manage your risks? What should be left to the agency?
Adjudications, legal challenges and campaigns in crisis. This seminar through the use of examples and case histories will help delegates understand the regulatory process and how to respond to challenges by the Advertising Standards Authority; and give guidance on how to respond third party claims of IP infringement and other challenges to advertising content.
