Bespoke training
ISBA In-house
Our knowledge delivered the way you want it
All of the ISBA workshops in our training programme can be tailored to fit your company’s exact needs and delivered to you either in your offices, at our training facilities or even at another location of your choice.
ISBA In-house makes it easy for member companies to train their full team together and allows for confidential discussion. No group is too big or too small, give us a call today and we can help you develop the skills you need for the talent you already have.
How it works
Once you have identified a training need, get in touch with our training and events team by email or by calling them on 020 7291 9020 and they will be happy to guide you through the ISBA In-house process.
After an initial consultation we will arrange a meeting between you and the course leader to develop the content. Throughout the ISBA In-house process we will work with you to create an individual training course, or a fully bespoke training programme, that suits both your content and budget requirements.
If it’s a complete training programme you are looking to set up, we can come in and make in-depth skills assessments of your entire team, following which we will recommendation a suitable training programme.
You choose the content and how you want it delivered:
- Off the shelf - our standard workshops delivered to you exactly as they are described in this brochure but for your team only.
- Tailored to you – using the standard ISBA workshops as a starting point, we will customise our courses for your business using industry relevant case studies and examples to suit your individual requirements.
- Totally bespoke – we will work with you to create a totally bespoke course or curriculum of courses to fit the exact needs and knowledge levels of your team.
We will then design and deliver the training, providing full course materials for each delegate. After the training has taken place we will conduct a thorough evaluation of the training from the delegates and the course leaders and feedback to you with any further recommendations.
The benefits to you
- A course for your team only, tailored to your specific needs and delivered when and where you decide.
- First hand access to the expertise of ISBA facilitators who are all current practitioners and experts in their fields.
- Up-to-date examples and case-studies tailored to your organisation.
And an offer that’s too good to refuse
If you want to be sure the content is right for you, why not come along to one of the relevant ISBA training workshops and experience it yourself? The cost of the workshop will be taken off the total of your ISBA In-house costs.
But don’t just take our word for it…
“ISBA worked with us over two months to assess our process and skills, look at what we felt was working and where we thought we could improve and then designed a one-day training session to meet our unique requirements. This was a real success for us - all the work ISBA's facilitator put in up front made it especially effective and we ran four one-day courses which brought the marketing team together with a common understanding and language. It was a really worthwhile way for individuals to develop their skills, and now we all have some new tools to work with. There is more to do and this success has inspired us to keep up the momentum of learning and developing.”
Jan Maish, Manager, Marketing Communications, Waitrose
“ISBA worked closely with us right from the outset to design and deliver a bespoke three-day training programme to complement Shell's skills needs perfectly. The time they took to evaluate our needs meant that the end result was a course which was both engaging and relevant.”
Ruud van Munster, European Loyalty & CRM Manager, Shell International Oil Products
"ISBA worked with us to deliver a bespoke marketing communications training programme attended by 120 delegates over a six month period. The training modules that resulted were designed to address specific skill and knowledge requirements within the British Airways marketing team. As well as being insightful, each module focussed on practical and relevant examples which really helped the team by providing clarity and understanding and ensuring that the entire marketing team had the same level of knowledge and understanding going forward."
Abigail Comber, Head of Brand, Proposition and Insight, British Airways
