Yes our training workshops and seminars are exclusive benefits of ISBA membership. This allows for free and confidential discussion and ensures all the workshops and seminars are member focussed.
Our goal is quite simply to help today’s marketers develop and maintain their skill sets in an increasingly complex environment to enable them to perform their job to their highest ability.
ISBA is uniquely positioned to act as both mentor and provider in the field of marketing communications.
We use experienced practitioners as workshop leaders who impart best practice from their fields and draw on real life situations.
ISBA has 28 years experience in marketing communications training and is a one-stop-shop for members requiring bespoke training in this field.
ISBA’s training is flexible and can adapt to focus on specific members needs through our bespoke in-house training offering.
We have a programme more than 30 subjects in place to choose from that form our core training programme.
Our workshops and seminars are designed for anyone who works in marketing communications or related fields; however anyone who is employed by a member company of ISBA may attend.

Yes, online booking is available for each workshop or seminar by clicking the “Book event” tab on the relevant webpage. We do not currently accept payment online, so we will contact you once we have received your booking to collect payment details.
Yes, once we have received your booking either online or by email, we will contact you by email within 48 hours to confirm your booking and collect any necessary payment
If for whatever reason you cannot attend please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking into another name for the same date. However if you are unable to attend or send a replacement please see our terms and conditions below.
All workshop bookings must be made in writing, by email or through our website.
You will receive confirmation of your booking from ISBA. If you have not received confirmation of your booking by the day before the event, please contact us on 020 7291 9020.
The cost of the course will be invoiced once your booking has been confirmed. Make all cheques payable to ISBA. We also take credit cards.
Course fees must be paid in full prior to the date of the workshop.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the workshop date the fee will be payable in full and is not refundable.
Cancellations received in writing more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a refund minus 20% of the workshop charge for administration.
The full course fee will be charged if the delegate does not turn up on the day of the workshop.
ISBA reserves the right to cancel, alter or reschedule any workshop. In the unlikely event of this happening you will be offered a full refund of your course fee.
In the event of a workshop or seminar being cancelled by ISBA for whatever reason, we will do our best to reschedule the date where possible. We will offer you the option to attend the new date or offer you a full refund of your course fee.
I want to send my team on a course but we want to discuss confidential information, what can I do?
ISBA In-house brings our workshops to your office… or anywhere else you would like for that matter. Whatever your needs, we will work with you to design and deliver a bespoke training programme tailored to your specific requirements, on any subject, for any number of people. We can provide a completely bespoke in-house training curriculum or simply supplement your existing learning and development plans. Unless otherwise stated, all our training workshops and seminars are held at the ISBA offices, Langham House, 1b Portland Place, London W1B 1PN. Our nearest underground stations are Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street.
Full day workshop is £395 +VAT
Half day workshop is £295 +VAT
Bite size and legal seminars are £95 +VAT
We accept all major credit cards. Alternatively please make cheques payable to ISBA. Course fees must be paid in full prior to the date of the workshop or seminar.
Full day workshop – 9.30am to 5pm
Half day workshop – 9.30 am to 1pm or 1.30pm to 5pm
Bite size seminars – 9am to10.30am
Legal seminars – 2pm to 4pm
The legal seminars are CPD certified and each seminar qualifies for two CPD points.
The workshops are also CPD certified. A full day workshop qualifies for six CPD points and a half day seminar qualifies for four CPD points
