The latest trends analysis data in our series of agency charge-out rate Benchmarking Surveys is now available following the 2021 Benchmarking Agency Rates Survey results launched in April.
Compiled from aggregated data collected confidentially from ISBA members, across the five agency disciplines (Creative, Media, BTL, Digital and Social Media Agencies) the trends report uses information from 122 rate agreements, representing some 2,329 data-points in total. The two Survey periods under review are 2021 and 2018.
The results should equip members with a broad indication of what total charge-out rates clients are paying for a range of agency personnel thus enabling members to compare their own terms.
All responses were treated in the strictest confidence and participants in the research each received personalised reports.
This Trends Analysis highlights comparisons between the 2018 and 2021 reports, and looks at any noted patterns within the 2021 data-set.
