ISBA Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct - May 2022

The Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct brings together a best practice guide aimed at raising standards; smoothing relationships between brands, talent agencies, and influencers; and delivering transparency for consumers.

The Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct has been driven by members of our Influencer Marketing Working Group, and was designed in collaboration with representatives from talent agencies and influencers themselves.

The Code, which was first launched in September 2021, has been updated with a focus on helping brands to deliver better diversity, equity, inclusion, and representation in their influencer activity. The updated Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct document is available below.

  • Template influencer contracts developed in partnership with Lewis Silkin can be found here.
  • You can read more on our launch press release.

If you are interested in becoming a signatory to the Code of Conduct or would like more information on ISBA’s Influencer Marketing Working Group, please contact Georgia Bun at GeorgiaB@isba.org.uk.
