ISBA Consultancy is a small team of specialists  with a huge body of expertise just waiting to help and advise you. Each year we work on over two thousand confidential queries and projects with ISBA members, all have one thing in common - agencies and how they operate.

Debbie Morrison Director of Consultancy and Best Practice

Debbie oversees the Consultancy services we provide to our members and acts as a practical communications consultant. She and her team handle more than 1600 projects each year, advising members on issues including evaluation systems, appointing new agencies, briefing and the pitch process, and copyright problems.

Patrick Woods Consultancy Manager

Patrick advises members on all matters marketing and marketing procurement, whether it be agency relationship advice, fee benchmarking, contract template requests, agency evaluation guidance, or agency search and selection/pitch advice. Patrick’s specialist areas are around Digital, Direct and Integration of campaigns. He supports the running of COMPAG.

Traci Dunne Consultancy Manager

Traci advises members on marketing and procurement -agency relationship advice, fee benchmarking, contract template requests, agency evaluation guidance, or agency search and selection/pitch advice. Traci’s specialist areas are PR and Design/Branding. She runs both the Pharma Innovation Group & the Market Research & Insight Group.

Helen Coles Consultancy Assistant

Helen supports the Consultancy team, she is the guardian of all three hectic diaries; manages the admin and membership the 3 marketing procurement committees: COMPAG, Market Research & Insight Group & Pharma Innovation Group. Helen should be the first point of contact for anyone looking for help or guidance from the Consultancy team.
