Takeouts from ISBA's Future Operating Models workshop run by LEAD

ISBA gathered 20 members at their offices on Henrietta Street as part of their ‘Future Operating Models’ group to explore considerations in choosing the right marketing operating model to drive commercial success.

LEAD, an independent digital consultancy specialising in helping advertisers deploy successful operating models in the UK and internationally, facilitated the workshop
providing attendees with the opportunity to openly discuss their challenges with one another under Chatham House Rules.

The attached outputs reflect attending ISBA members current experience, expectations and insights which are being shared to support the wider membership with a checklist framework when approaching similar considerations.
