Mike has strategic oversight of ISBA's work and direction. He manages the ISBA team and has ultimate responsibility for all the work carried out by ISBA on behalf of its members. In addition, he is ISBA's principal spokesperson and public face. -
Chris Perret

Chris is responsible for the financial management of ISBA together with oversight of our IT, personnel, office management and health and safety issues. As Company Secretary, Chris is also responsible for the smooth running of ISBA's Council and Executive Committee. -
Jackie Marlow

It's Jackie's job to put our members right at the heart of what ISBA does. She ensures that the relationships we have with them are satisfying and productive and that ISBA's activities are developed to best reflect their needs. Jackie is also responsible for our industry-leading programme of training workshops and our annual conference. -
Debbie Morrison

Debbie oversees the services we provide to our members and acts as a practical communications consultant. She and her team advise members on evaluation systems, appointing new agencies, briefing and the pitch process, disputes, copyright problems and any practical marketing communications queries.
The team handles more than 500 projects each year, creating a unique pool of information for member benchmarking studies. -
Ian Twinn

Ian leads ISBA's public affairs agenda. He co-ordinates our lobbying programme in the UK and in Europe on issues that affect our members. Whether it is advertising food to children or the marketing of alcohol, cars or gambling, Ian has it covered. As well as making sure ISBA's voice is heard in the media and by decision makers he is also responsible for communicating our messages and activities to our members. -
Bob Wootton

Bob is ISBA's expert on UK media and advertising production as well as direct marketing, digital and online issues, sales promotion and sponsorship. He is our main media spokesperson in these areas and liaises regularly with government, regulators and industry bodies on our members' behalf. -
