It's Jackie's job to put our members right at the heart of what ISBA does. She ensures that the relationships we have with them are satisfying and productive and that ISBA's activities are developed to best reflect their needs. Jackie is also responsible for our industry-leading programme of training workshops and our annual conference.

Debbie oversees the services we provide to our members and acts as a practical communications consultant. She and her team handle more than 500 projects each year, advising members on issues including evaluation systems, appointing new agencies, briefing and the pitch process, and copyright problems.

Ian leads ISBA's public affairs agenda. He co-ordinates our lobbying programme in the UK and in Europe on issues that affect our members. Whether it is advertising food to children or the marketing of alcohol, cars or gambling, Ian has it covered. As well as making sure ISBA's voice is heard in the media and by decision makers he is also responsible for communicating our messages and activities to our members.
