ISBA and Alchemists launch best practice guide for evaluating client-agency relationships

The new best practice guide from ISBA and partners Alchemists looks at the evolution and key stages of the client-agency relationship and provides some key tips on how to evaluate the success of the relationship. 

As part of their partnership arrangement with ISBA, Alchemists will be providing a range of content for ISBA specifically around aspects of creative agency management and how best to develop and leverage your agency relationship

The Client-Agency Relationship Evaluations guide outlines Alchemists simple model view of the different phases of a relationship and the principles that they believe will move agency-client relationships forward.
