ISBA and The Observatory International launch best practice guide for remunerating agencies

The new best practice guide from ISBA and partners The Observatory International looks at a range issues faced by Marketing and Procurement professional dealing with agency remuneration.

It highlights methodologies to tackle these issues head on, providing options to suit different business needs and agency types alike.

As part of their partnership arrangement with ISBA, The Observatory International has built a range of content for ISBA, including a survey and report issued in April 2020 on how businesses are treating the complex and sometimes difficult area of agency remuneration.
