UK’s top brands pledge to participate in the All In census

It’s International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is Choose to Challenge. At ISBA diversity and inclusion is high on our agenda, and we have partnered with the Advertising Association and the IPA to launch a census to challenge the industry to help build a better, inclusive industry for all.

The census will for the first time be asking all those involved in advertising and marketing in the UK how they identify themselves in terms of ethnicity, sexuality and educational background, as well as other societal indicators.

We want to thank the ISBA members who have pledged their involvement in the census so far and are helping us to deliver much needed change in the make-up of our industry.

A big thank you to:

Aldi, Birds Eye, British Airways, British Gas, DFS, E.ON UK, GSK, KP Snacks, MADE.com, NatWest, P&G, Pinterest UK, Specsavers, The Guardian.

We’re sure that many more of you will fill in the survey, as it is only through the involvement of the whole industry that we will be able to deliver much-needed change.

All ISBA members will be contacted on Wednesday morning (10 March) with the link to fill in the census, which should only take 15 minutes of your time.

We would love it if you would post on your preferred social media channel once you’ve submitted your response using the hashtag #AdvertisingAllIn

Thank you in advance for your support and for your commitment to building back our industry in a way that better reflects the society in which we live. It’s way past time for change.
