'Belonging' book tour - how to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace

A new book, Belonging, looks at why progress on diversity and inclusion has been too slow, particularly in the creative industries, and offers some solutions to speed up real change.

For there to be a real step-change in terms of diversity and inclusion, everyone needs to work together in 2021 to create a better, kinder workplace.

Esquire Magazine calls Belonging 'The most important business book of the year.'

At this event the authors of the book Sue Unerman and Kathryn Jacobs will explain why a new approach is necessary and how you can help change the workplace.

It is a talk about changing the way that we work so that you create inclusive and diverse workplaces. This is a huge issue for everyone in work today and so it’s a talk that includes all colleagues.

In attending you will learn how you can help drive change and create a workplace where everyone feels that they belong.

“Belonging is a pot of gold of actionable insights towards creating a winning culture underpinned by diversity. It has everything an organisation could need in building a competitive edge through its approach to D&I” Mark Evans, Managing Director - Marketing & Digital. Direct Line Group
