DMA webinar: Email - the primary driver of loyalty in a pandemic

Email is one of the world’s most tried and true methods of communication, particularly when it comes to marketing, however Covid-19 has meant we have had to re-valuate our email communication to be more in line with the new wants and needs of our customers, and in some cases to suit our new business models.

Tim Bond (Head of Insight at the DMA) will explore how has COVID-19 has changed the way brands engage with existing customers by providing an overview of the shifting consumer trends and explaining how email has continued to prove its worth amid the pandemic. Highlighting some of the key areas brands are utilising the channel and examples of brands that have continued to drive loyalty amid a pandemic.
