These Town Hall meetings are arranged exclusively for ISBA members and provide the perfect opportunity to discuss key issues with Google's senior management team.
This is our first virtual Town Hall and will be devoted to privacy and Chrome. In January, Google announced the removal of 3rd party cookies from Chrome by the beginning of 2022 (joining Safari and Firefox) and has made a series of announcements about privacy oriented changes to the browser since.
In this meeting with Google’s UK Chrome privacy lead, Gabrielle Jenkins, ISBA members will be able to learn more about these changes, hear about the product roadmap and, importantly, be able to question Google about its proposed changes, its Privacy Sandbox initiative and what brands can expect from the platform in the coming months.
The announcement to remove 3rd party cookies from Chrome will have a deep impact on the search and digital advertising markets and ISBA is determined that its members will have high visibility of the industry debate and to participate where possible.
Please send your questions and / or topic areas by Monday 22 June so that we can pass on to Google in preparation of this session. Please send to Clare O'Brien clareo@isba.org.uk and to Elvira Bagge elvirab@isba.org.uk. Thank you for your participation.
