At these testing times everyone is looking to the future, beyond the pandemic and planning for recovery and growth in the new normal market.
The Growth Council is a forum for senior level group of brand leaders to consider this new normal, discuss recovery tactics for marketing, and share views on driving growth post Covid 19.
The virtual meetings are held every two months under Chatham House rule. Facilitated by ISBA and Ebiquity the sessions always include insights from a relevant speaker as well as lots of opportunity to discuss and share experiences with peers. We aim to deliver what the pilot group said would be most beneficial, including ideas on coping with continuous change and macro and micro views of the impact of the pandemic
The shift to agile client/agency relationships, how to maintain the momentum
The pandemic has necessitated a complete shift in client/agency working relationships to a heavily on-line, agile based modus operandi. How can brands keep the new agility momentum with comms suppliers going longer term and what are the impacts on ways of working for both parties and commercial arrangements.
At this next Recovery & Growth Forum three different perspectives will be shared for deeper discussion with Forum participants.
RBS/NatWest will outline all the changes they have made to their working relationships and how these are working, Ebiquity will talk imperatives for maintaining agility and momentum and The&Partnership will share the impacts of the new working models on their agency structure and commercial imperatives.
