PwC event: Customer data in a post-cookie world

We would like to invite you to attend a breakfast briefing about the capture and use of customer data in a post-cookie world. This builds on the popular ISBA / PwC event in October 2020 on ‘the future of digital marketing in a post-cookie world’, in which we focused on the implications for data, technology and operations.

In our February event we will go deeper into customer data: its acquisition, its accuracy, its use in business analytics and targeted marketing, and ensuring that this is all done in a privacy-appropriate and ethical way.

The format will be an introduction and presentation by PwC and guests, followed by Q&A.
