Sky and ITV Leadership Briefing for ISBA Members

The proposed combination of Sky and ITV represents one of the most significant developments in the UK media market for many years. Given the scale of change this could bring for advertisers, ISBA is committed to ensuring that members have the opportunity to hear directly from senior leadership at both organisations and to have their questions addressed.

This session will provide members with a unique opportunity to hear directly from Sky and ITV on the rationale behind the proposed transaction, their plans for the future, and the implications for advertisers. It will also give members the chance to raise questions and concerns directly with the leadership teams of both organisations.

Alongside facilitating this dialogue with Sky and ITV, ISBA continues to represent advertisers' interests throughout the regulatory process. We are engaging with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and other stakeholders to ensure that the perspectives of brands are fully considered.
