Efrain Ayala, Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Marketing Excellence, Reckitt
Efrain joined Reckitt in 2015 where he established and led social strategy for its portfolio of brands in the US. Efrain most recently joined the newly-formed Purpose team in 2020, with Fabrice Beaulieu (CMO at Reckitt) as executive sponsor, to create a new growth engine for Reckitt built on principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.
