The 2025 ISBA/IPA Creative Services Framework Agreement (CSFA) is an industry standard, contract template for advertisers and agencies to use when starting a new business relationship. It is designed to account for common practices in creative agency services.
The CSFA now includes new clauses on Generative AI, clearer reconciliation processes, and a structure that makes contracting faster and easier. The template aims to help agencies and advertisers align expectations and get on with doing great work together.
