Google's clarification of position on individual-level cross-web tracking

The demise of third-party cookies and how it impacts all marketing activity is a key issue for ISBA and our members.    

Google first announced it intended to demise support for third party cookies in January 2020. Since then, the ad tech industry has produced a growing number of alternate solutions including universal identity solutions, decentralised technologies and other innovations designed to address alternative solutions for audience targeting, tracking, measurement and attribution. Some of these could maintain some form of individual tracking for advertising purposes.
