ISBA’s Agency Hourly Rate Benchmarks are collected every 2 years with the most recent benchmark representing rates collected at the beginning of 2023. The 2023 Benchmarking Study is available to members who contribute to the benchmarking activity. It covers Creative, Media, and BTL agency hourly rates. ISBA has been conducting these benchmarks since 1996.
