The 2025 Agency Hourly Rates Benchmarks are available to members who contribute to the benchmarking exercise. It covers Creative and Media agency hourly rates. ISBA has been conducting these benchmarks since 1996. We've now switched to an always on collection methodology, you can submit your rates at anytime of the year to gain access to the latest report. All information submitted is treated with the greatest confidentiality and is only published to members in an aggregated form with no reference to the individual contributors.
