The last survey was in 2023. It’s time for our 2025 Agency Hourly Rates Benchmarking exercise. Over the next couple of months, ISBA will be collecting rates from members, in a confidential and anonymised process.
On 21 May at 10am, we held an Agency Hourly Rate Webinar recapping the historic norms seen in previous years and discuss some 2025 highlights. The session will went through the process for the 2025 benchmarking exercise.
