For our first meeting of 2024, we updated the group on the Retail Media Framework and issues with getting wider adoption across the market and with agencies, as well as the newly formed ISBA Media Excellence Certificate, the advantages of ISBA creating a 'Responsbile Media Template' and the high level priorities for 2024 with our Media Leaders Group.
