SLG Economics review of the Government’s policy of HFSS advertising restrictions

The evidence base for the Government’s proposed measures has been closely assessed. For our response to the government consultation, ISBA and the Advertising Association commissioned SLG Economics to analyse the Impact Assessment (IA), Evidence Note and other policy documents. The analysis was written by Stephen Gibson, the Chair of the Regulatory Policy Committee, who stood aside from the RPC in order to carry out the work.
