Talent Report - interim findings and update

The objective of this research is to understand how competitive the UK advertising industry is as a career choice.

To achieve this, Credos is conducting a 2-phased research project:

  • Phase 1: Interviews with HR professionals and trade associations to learn how their companies recruit, retain, and train talent
  • Phase 2: Analysing quantitative data to learn how advertising compares to other industries in terms for key metrics
