Supporting Members Between Roles - ISBAtweeners

At ISBA, we recognise that careers don’t always follow a straight line.

Whether you are exploring your next move, taking time between roles, or navigating a period of transition, you remain part of the ISBA community.

Stay connected. Stay informed. Stay supported.

We are committed to supporting our members throughout their careers - not just when they are in role, but also during moments of change.

Our “ISBAtweeners” support is designed to help you stay close to the industry, maintain your network and access practical support while you plan your next step.

What we offer

  • Connection and community – Stay part of the ISBA network through introductions, events and peer engagement
  • Access to events and groups – Join selected ISBA sessions, working groups and industry discussions as a guest.  Access to industry events tickets where ISBA has a partnership.
  • Learning and insight – Access key content, resources and 101 sessions to stay up to date on industry developments
  • One-to-one support – Speak directly with the ISBA team for guidance, introductions or simply to stay connected
  • Mentoring opportunities – Access informal mentoring or be connected to peers across the community

Finding your next role

We know that visibility of opportunities is critical during a transition.

Through ISBA, you will have access to:

  • Opportunities shared through our network and communications
  • Access to global marketing roles via our partnership with the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA)

Explore current opportunities via the WFA jobs board (external link)
