Out of the echo chamber: we ask diverse consumers the industry’s biggest inclusion questions - so brands can understand and act.

ISBA’s Inclusion Network brings together some of the UK’s most influential brands, all working hard to create real change. But questions often pop up that can’t be solved in isolation, or without hearing directly from the people they impact. Teaming up with The Diversity Standards Collective, whose community-led research connects the industry with real voices and real lived experiences, we’re turning those unanswered questions into conversations, ideas, and clear actions that everyone can use. It’s about moving beyond good intentions, creating space for honest dialogue, and giving the industry the insights it needs to make inclusion more meaningful and more impactful.

Who should attend:

This session is open to all to raise awareness of the challenges faced by brands as they impact different facets of the marketing/advertising process

What will you gain by attending:

Knowledge of brand challenges when it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion and representation, and active steps advertisers can take towards accurately reflecting the communities they want to reach.
