ISBA and the IPA have launched the 2025 Creative Services Framework Agreement (CSFA) developed in partnership with law firm Lewis Silkin– updated to reflect current creative agency relationships and industry specific practices
The CSFA now includes new clauses on Generative AI, clearer reconciliation processes, and a structure that makes contracting faster and easier. The template aims to help agencies and advertisers align expectations and get on with doing great work together.
