10:00 – 12:15pm AI Governance: What is Marketing Procurement’s role in facilitating the adoption of AI?

WFA’s study on AI showed only 27% of respondents say Procurement was involved in defining and developing their organisations’ AI strategy. This is surprisingly low, this session is dedicated to us discussing what Marketing Procurement’s role is. 
-    An overview of the UK Government’s approach to AI 
-    Advertising Industry Principles for the use of Generative AI in Creative Advertising 
-    Use cases for AI (what are the opportunities)
-    Building a company policy for the use of AI
-    Agency use of Generative AI (advertiser/agency contracting considerations)

1:00-2:00 Creative Services Contracting: What makes for an effective Creative Services Agreement?

ISBA is reviewing our Creative Services Framework Agreement. We’ll summarise feedback received to date and open it up to our marketing procurement community to input on what is important for advertisers in their creative agency contracting. 
This is an opportunity for members to contribute to the creation of ISBA’s updated Creative Services Framework Agreement template.
