101: Content marketing

This new programme of insight sessions provides ISBA members with the opportunity to “deep dive” into key marketing channels.  It’s a chance to adapt your knowledge and to be inspired at this moment of change by the latest thinking and a revisit of the principles of each channel.

Content marketing – a checklist… 

  • Set clear goals and agree KPIs. 
  • Who is the audience – where are they, on what platform?
  • What type of content? 
  • Create a calendar of content – you need to keep feeding it. 
  • Be consistent – you’re building depth and trust. 
  • Listen and act on data and insights, and watch algorithms.
  • And don’t be afraid not to be everywhere…
