This is our campaign, in partnership with the Advertising Association and the IPA, to help build back a better, inclusive industry for all.
Today is the day we are asking you all to complete the All In Census. The Census is, for the first time, asking all those involved in advertising and marketing in the UK how they identify themselves in terms of ethnicity, sexuality and educational background, as well as other societal indicators.
The results will show us to what extent the industry is diverse and inclusive, and will be used to inform an action plan. This plan will address how greater inclusivity across all areas of the industry’s talent will be achieved.
It is only through the involvement of the whole industry that we will be able to deliver much-needed change. So today, we are asking you to pledge that you will support the census, and encourage your marketing team to participate.
