In the latest of our webinars led by our Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Bobi Carley, we will be launching the next wave of our tracking poll, which has been measuring how important people feel proper representation is in advertising – and how well we are doing, sector-by-sector. This will be the third wave of this research, and we will be looking at the change which has taken place since the first wave in February 2020. Kerry Chilvers of Direct Line, the Chair of ISBA’s Diversity and Inclusion Network, will take us through the latest on how the public feel we are measuring up to the challenge of diversity made so stark by the events of the last year – as well as highlighting where we need to be doing better.
To help us do just that, in this webinar we will also be launching Representation of a Nation – a diversity and inclusion toolkit from ISBA and our partners at Flock. Kieron Matthews and Aysha Hayes from Flock will set out how this practical guide can support you to take steps to improve diversity within your communications; help you make the case for action; and advise you on how to take the personal steps that can enable you to be an ally and an activist in the coming months and years.
This event is for anyone with an interest in diversity and inclusion.
