Inclusion and representation should be ingrained in everything that we do. It is a highly nuanced subject that can be difficult for brands to navigate. ISBA is here to work, support and signpost initiatives that can help you regardless of where you are on your inclusion and representation journey.
In 2021, we launched The 10 Cs of Change document that identifies the areas where DE & I initiatives are required and have the most impact. It gives clear guidance as to where ISBA’s responsibilities lie (marketing, advertising and communications, where our work with the Advertising Association and the IPA on All In is directed to provide support (people) and where we are able to provide signposting to areas that sit just outside of our remit.
The All In Hub is a great resource aggregating initiatives across the industry that can support working towards fulfilling the actions put forward and identified by the All In Census of 2021.
